Terms of service
What the service does, what it does not do, how it is billed and how it ends.
This is a courtesy translation. In the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Diavi, an online service published by À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale that turns a ticket in a code-hosting tool (GitLab, GitHub) into a reviewed change proposal, using artificial-intelligence agents.
Opening an account constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.
What the service does, and does not do
The service reads a ticket, produces code, checks it and opens a merge request together with review comments.
The service never writes to your main branch. This is an undertaking the code enforces rather than a mere intention: merging is refused by construction towards your repository's default branch and towards the branch your account designates as its default target, whatever they are called.
By default, the service merges nothing at all. Every proposed change remains a proposal, subject to your decision and your own review process.
An administrator of your account may enable merging within a milestone. The merge requests for that milestone's tickets are then merged into that milestone's integration branch — never anywhere else — so that each ticket starts from the code the previous one produced. The merge request taking that integration branch into your main branch remains subject to your review: the human decision point is not removed, it is exercised at the granularity of the milestone rather than of the ticket.
You remain solely responsible for the code you choose to integrate, for its operation and for its consequences, including when this option is enabled.
The service produces code using language models. Those models are probabilistic: the result may be incomplete, unsuited to your context, or wrong. À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the code produced. The built-in checking and review mechanisms reduce that risk without removing it.
Account and access
Access uses your own personal access token to your code-hosting tool. No password is created or stored by À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale.
You are responsible for keeping that token confidential, for the scope of rights it carries, and for actions performed under your identity. The service acts on your repository with exactly the rights that token grants: it is for you to grant only what is necessary.
You undertake not to use the service to process code you are not entitled to authorise the processing of.
Model keys and related costs
The service runs on your own access key to a language-model provider. Calls made to the models are billed directly by that provider, under its own terms, and are not included in the subscription.
À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale is not a party to your contract with that provider and cannot be held liable for its pricing, its outages or its terms of use.
Subscription, allowances and billing
The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term, and renews automatically on the anniversary of the sign-up date.
Each plan includes a number of runs per subscription period. A run counts once it has actually started. Runs cancelled before starting are not counted, nor are runs interrupted by an incident attributable to the service.
When the allowance is used up, launching further runs is suspended until it resets or until you move to a higher plan. Unused allowance is neither carried over nor refunded.
Prices are stated exclusive of tax. Applicable tax is added according to the regulations in force and the customer's status.
A trial period may be offered. It ends automatically, and does not roll into a paid subscription without a positive act on your part.
Availability and maintenance
À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale uses reasonable means to keep the service available, without being bound by an obligation of result. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or in the event of technical difficulty.
No contractual service level is guaranteed in the absence of a separate written agreement.
Liability
The liability of À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale is limited to direct and foreseeable damage and may not exceed the amounts actually paid over the twelve months preceding the triggering event.
Excluded in particular are: loss of data of which you kept no copy, loss of business, commercial harm, and the consequences of integrating into your production environment code produced by the service without review on your part.
Termination
You may terminate at any time from your settings; termination takes effect at the end of the current period, which has already been paid for.
À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, manifestly abusive use of shared resources, or persistent non-payment. Except in an emergency or where required by law, suspension is preceded by a formal notice that has gone unheeded.
At the end of the contract you retain the ability to export your data from your settings. The processing of data after termination is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale may amend these terms. Any substantial change is brought to your attention before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
